About Me

My name is Henry Clemmons. With a degree in psychology, 30 years of meditation practice, 20 years studying with Buddhist monks and apprenticeships with shamans across the Americas, and nearly a decade as a hypno-coach, I’ve spent my life exploring the depths of consciousness through the lens of both a mystic and a scholar. My path wasn’t theoretical—it was forged through overcoming brain trauma, addiction, and clinical depression by applying what I teach on a daily basis.

I developed Identity Architecture because I needed it myself, and the programs that were out there had so many giant gaps, or their explanations simply didn’t add up. Often I felt like the work wasn’t grounded or would crumble under the pressure of application. There are many great programs out there, but they rely upon temporary motivational states that inevitably wear off. This is why most people do not experience sustained transformation…because they are treating symptoms and not causes.

I have been running weekly groups in Sandpoint for nearly 3 years, and people not only become healthier, they become more whole…and I want that for you too.
